If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. You may return your item for a refund or exchange under the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

All return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and materials included. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in texture, color, or surface finish are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:

Used candles or burned products
Custom or special-order items
Sale or discounted merchandise

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email our team at info@urbansculptco.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once your request has been approved, please securely package the item in its original materials and mail your return to the address provided below:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund or exchange request.
Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your item for processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
