Our candles, diffusers, and home products are crafted with care but must be used responsibly. By purchasing from Urban Sculpt Co., LLC, you agree to:

Follow all directions, safety labels, and warnings provided with each product.
Never leave burning candles unattended, near flammable materials, or within reach of children or pets.
Burn candles on heat-resistant, stable surfaces away from drafts or direct sunlight.

You acknowledge that Urban Sculpt Co., LLC shall not be held liable for any misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions related to our products.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold Urban Sculpt Co., LLC harmless from any liability, loss, or damages (including incidental or consequential damages) arising from the use, misuse, or improper handling of any product.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Urban Sculpt Co., LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing and shipping information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including taxes and shipping fees.

SECTION 4 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and delivery method.

All delivery times are estimates only. Once your package has been scanned by the carrier, Urban Sculpt Co., LLC is not responsible for transit delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.

SECTION 5 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of purchase in accordance with our Refund Policy provided:

The item is in new, unused condition with original packaging.
You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at info@urbansculptco.com.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and should use a trackable shipping method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

We cannot accept returns of burned candles, used items, custom orders, or sale merchandise.
For damaged or defective items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for replacement or refund consideration.

All content on our website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and product designs — is the intellectual property of Urban Sculpt Co., LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
