Processing

All of products are made to order and are stocked in small batches. We do this to preserve the quality and longevity of your item. Due to the nature of our production process, there is a 3-7 day processing time that excludes the shipping time. Please plan accordingly if your purchase is a gift or special order. 

During high-volume periods, custom or made-to-order pieces in higher volume quantity,  (including concrete vessels and trays) may require additional time for curing and sealing.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and preferred delivery method.

Actual delivery times may vary and are determined by the carrier. Once a package has been scanned by the postal service, we no longer have control over transit time or delivery status.

While we take great care in preparing and dispatching each order, we are not responsible for delays, rerouting, or failed deliveries that occur after the package has been accepted by the carrier.We recommend ensuring that your shipping address is entered accurately and that someone is available to receive your package upon delivery.

Packaging & Protection

Each Urban Sculpt Co. piece is individually packaged with precision to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Because our products are crafted from concrete — a naturally heavy and fragile material — we use reinforced packaging methods designed for maximum protection.

Our packaging includes a combination of corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, and biodegradable packing materials to strike a balance between durability and environmental mindfulness. While we incorporate some eco-friendly options, our priority is to ensure your pieces arrive safely and intact, maintaining the integrity of every handcrafted design.

Each item is cushioned, boxed, and sealed by hand — a process that reflects the same level of care we invest in the creation of our products.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in packaging; however, concrete is a natural material and can be heavy and fragile.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Please note that minor air bubbles, texture variations, or color marbling are natural characteristics of our concrete pieces and are not considered defects—they’re part of the handmade process that makes each item unique.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our studio, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer domestic U.S. shipping. International shipping may be added in the future as we expand our logistics network.
